I went to
cahersiveen to see a house. this house was not fit to sit down in, let
alone spend the night, as I thought I should have to. |
|
Instead I went up
the street and found this charming private hostel, run by a lovely
warm-hearted woman, Mary, who made me a |
|
cup of tea as we sat chatting
over the turf fire in the sitting room. I spent a peaceful night and went
to Killarney next day. |
|

first though I had a walk
around chsv and was struck by this hill with a notch in the top. It must
have a name, I wonder what it is. |

me, on the left, saint Martin, I was told he looks after the animals -
pity he couldn't save benji from what happened to him at the kennels |
